Kathleen has been involved in school councils, including the school council liaison program, since 1993. She has participate and been a voice at each of the schools her children have attended.
She has a background in customer service and finance which she feels will prove helpful in her role as trustee.
She has worked with several youth groups including:
- 4-H
- Canadian Pony Club
- Junior Forest Wardens
Kathleen’s priority as a trustee is to enable each child to do his or her very best as both individuals and part of the larger group.
She believes that learning and education should be an enjoyable experience, and that each child deserves the best education that the community can provide.
Children who experience success and growth help create a healthy community and country.
