 Parkland School Division (PSD) is pleased to announce that Serge LaBrie has been appointed as the Division’s Director of Facilities.
As Director of Facilities, LaBrie will provide leadership and oversight for PSD’s overall operations management. This includes responsibility for capital planning, construction, and Division facilities.
“Serge has been a valued member of the PSD team for the past two and half years, and I look forward to working with him in his new leadership role as Director of Facilities,” comments Tim Monds, Parkland School Division’s Superintendent. “Serge brings a wealth of experience in facilities management to PSD, and I know he will continue to serve our students and stakeholders well in his new role as Director. At PSD, we’re committed to safe and caring school environments, and I know that Serge shares this commitment.”
LaBrie brings over 20 years of diverse experience to his new position. He has most recently served as PSD’s Acting Director of Facilities and previously held the position of Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor with PSD. Prior to his career at PSD, LaBrie held a number of leadership and project management positions in the private sector in addition to a number of years of management experience with Statistics Canada.
