Parkland School Division is proud to publish its 2010-2011achievement results and wishes to congratulate its students, staff and parents for excellent achievement results on the 2010-2011 Provincial Achievement Tests and Diploma Examinations results. The outstanding results demonstrate continuous improvement in achievement thanks to a strong commitment by the Division to student learning, and dedicated teachers and parents who support students in their learning.
Provincial Achievement Test Highlights:
- Parkland School Division students equaled or outperformed their provincial counterparts at the Acceptable Standard in 67% of tests
- Parkland School Division students equaled or outperformed their provincial counterparts at the Standard of Excellence in 29% of tests
- Parkland School Division’s participation rates exceed that of the province on 100% of tests
- Achievement improvements from last year's results are noted in the following subjects:
