Opening Activities at Spruce Grove Composite High School
August 24-26
- Timetable changes in Student Services. Please call 780-962-0800 to book your appointment.
August 31
- 8:30am: Grade 12 students attend. Students who have already registered should report to the smaller gym for pictures at the following times, according to last name:
- 8:30am: N-Z
- 9:30am: G-M
- 10:30am: A-F
- noon: Grade 11 students attend. Students who have already registered should report to the smaller gym for pictures at the following times, according to last name:
- noon: A-G
- 1pm: H-M
- 2pm: N-Z

September 1
- Grade 10 students only attend all day.
- 8:45-9:30am: General Assembly in the Horizon Stage.
- 9:30-11:30am: Registration procedures and Student Handbook discussion in small groups with teachers.
- 11:30am-12:15pm: Free lunch - hamburger, potatoe chips, cookie, and pop.
- 12:15: All 4 blocks for the day will be condensed into the afternoon.
- 12:15-12:58pm: Period 1
- 12:58-1:41pm: Period 2
- 1:41-2:24pm: Period 3
- 2:24-3:07pm: Period 4

- First full day of classes for all students.
