The Tri-Municipal Drug Strategy Team is presenting Inspirational Speaker, Troy Payne of Wellness Realization on Tuesday, May 25 at Memorial Composite High School. Troy Payne's seminars are of a personal story of triumph over tragedy that inspires people to overcome life's struggles and live life to the fullest. Troy is dedicated to one thing: encouraging, engaging and empowering youth and adults.
