Knowledge & Employability Courses 

Knowledge and Employability (K&E) courses are for students who learn best in situations
that integrate essential and employability skills in occupational contexts. It is available to
students in Grades 8-12 who meet Alberta Education criteria.

Completion of K&E courses allow students to earn a Certificate of High School Achievement
instead of a High School Diploma.

Students may transition successfully from K&E to other high school courses, allowing them
to work towards their High School Diploma.

We offer K&E courses at all of our schools.
