Animals are found everywhere. We divide animals into two main groups:
- Animals without backbones are called invertebrates.
- Animals that have backbones are called vertebrates.
The Storyland Valley Zoo is located in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a wonderful zoo that has a variety of different types of vertebrate animals.
The Zookeeper would like to purchase more animals for the zoo. Here are the animals the zoo has now: There are so many possibilities! He has heard that our students are very good researchers and he would like us to assist the zoo by researching some animals that they are considering adding to the zoo.
