School Council & Duffield Parent Fundraising
School Council is the bringing together of interested parties including: staff, parents, community members and trustees to discuss education issues of relevance to our school. Our role is to assist the principal to make the best informed decision for the betterment of our school.
The School Council is also an active member of the Alberta School Council Association. Through this membership, our school council ensures that the voice of our school community is heard on a provincial level.
Duffield Parent Fundraising is a group of parents that work together to raise money to support school initiatives supported by the School Council. Our role is to fundraise money to support the activities and learning of the students in our school.
2013 - 2014 School Council Meeting Dates:
Note: School Council meetings begin at 7 pm. Babysitting is provided free of charge.
The Duffield Fundraising committee meets at 6 pm on the same days as School Council.
