The Visual Arts exhibit was a great success in our school last week! Hundreds of visitors came to see the many pieces of artwork on display. All 22 schools from our school division were represented in the display, with student artwork ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Two pieces of artwork were selected to represent each school, and will be displayed at the Multicultural Center until the end of August.
Mme. Guimond and Mme. Schubert would like to thank the parent- volunteers who helped with the set-up and the take-down, as well as the student-leaders who welcomed and helped visitors during the two evenings of the celebration. Thank you as well to the teachers who provided artwork to represent our school, who organized the student-leaders and who helped setting up the display.
