In this program, Grade 7-9 students from Entwistle and Wabamun Schools are bused to Seba Beach School to join Seba Beach students for approximately two hours of options courses on Thursday of each week. The program offers students six options choices per term for the three terms during the school year.
Because of the collaborative nature of this program students have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of option experiences, and get to build relationships with students from other west end schools. Teachers from all three schools share their expertise with students in options that include: metal shop, robotics, woodworking, foods, fashion studies, sports options, film studies, writing, science challenge, social media, web design and baking basics.
We continue to gather feedback each year from students and parents in order to ensure we are meeting the learning needs and interests of all of our students.
