The year end activity for Grade 7 and 8 students is on
Wednesday June 27, 2012 at the World Waterpark at West Edmonton Mall.

Permission Form
The cost for each child to attend the field trip is $20.
Complete the 
Grade 7/8 Waterpark Permission Form and return it to the homeroom teacher by Friday, June 1, 2012.
What to Bring
- A bag lunch. Students are not be permitted to leave the Waterpark to purchase lunch in the food courts.
- Swimsuit and towel
- $7 for locker rentals (coin or credit card)
What Not to Bring
- All valuable personal belongings such as: iPods, cell phones, etc.
The school will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. All students are required to stay in the Waterpark for the duration of the fieldtrip.
