On March 15th, the Rick Hansen 25th Anniversary Man in Motion Relay made a stop at Millgrove School as Nathan Hardy, one of our students, carried the medal for the relay. All of our students and staff came outside to cheer Nathan on as he ran down the alley. To hear the chants, “Never Give Up, Never Give Up” and to see the excitement in our students was wonderful and powerful at the same time. The message of acceptance, per-severance through adversity and finding joy is something we will remember for years to come. Nathan is a wonderful citizen of Millgrove School and we are all so proud of him!
